This 40 metres square apartment can cater for up to 4 people and comprises of a large single high ceiling room with an elegant wooden balcony section which is used as the main sleeping area and furnished with a double bed. The living area is on the ground floor and is furnished with a double sofa bed and a dining table. From the living area, it is possible to access the bathroom (with shower cubicle) and a separate kitchen which is small but functional. The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob and a fridge.
