APARTMENT LUCE - Via Della Luce 55 - 00153 Rome
Apartment Luce (accommodates up to 3 persons) is a quaint apartment situated in one of Rome's most picturesque and charming quarters known as Trastevere. Not far from the west bank of the River Tiber, you will be able to discover all the famous sights and attractions of Rome, either on foot or by metro. Furthermore, Trastevere itself is home to an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and cafés, and with its maze of small roads, tucked-away squares and village-feel ambiance, you will easily forget that you are in Italy's largest city.
The apartment is 40m2 in size and and lies on the second floor of the building. The apartment consists of a small living area (with a 130cm wide sofa-bed), a small, well-equipped kitchenette where you can prepare breakfast and light meals, a double bedroom and a bathroom (with bathtub). Other amenities available include heating, air conditioning, TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
Please note that rates are slightly higher during Easter weekend and from December 31 to January 1. Utility costs are generally included in the rate, but for short stays (i.e. up to 2 days), there is an additional charge of 25.00 Euros for linen and towel changes and final cleaning.
